Make Tikka & Tandoori  
In a non-metallic bowl mix 500g raw chicken or meat with 225g Madhuban Tikka Sauce.

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or so. To cook, put the marinated pieces under the grill at medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked, turning once or twice.

Serve as a starter with salad, naan bread lemon wedges and Lodue's Tandoori Mint Raita.

To Cook Tikka Masala Yourself:
Use Madhuban Tikka Masala Sauce with meat or chicken or prawn or vegetables.
